Shipping policy

Once we receive your order, we will dispatch the parcel within 2-3 business days. We strive to deliver across all pin codes in India. Our registered Delivery partner is Delhivery. 

Delivery Time: As we are based in Kolkata, West Bengal, parcels within Kolkata get delivered within 2-3 business days and 4-5 business days within the Rest of West Bengal. 

For other metro cities, it will take up to 7-8 business days and 10-12 days maximum for other locations. However, due to adverse weather or other uncontrollable situations, parcels may get delayed.

Shipping Charge: We have a nominal shipping charge of ₹100.00 per order irrespective of the location. It will be notified at the checkout page. We have free shipping on order value above ₹3000.00.

Cash on Delivery: We don't provide cash on delivery (COD) through our website. However, there is partial COD available. For that, you need to contact us via email or WhatsApp.

Please note, for customized orders or backorders, products will be shipped when they are ready. Kindly check the product details for the estimated shipping time.
