Shipping fee is non-refundable in case of returns. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your complete shipping address with pin code and contact details. Please do not accept damaged and tampered package.

Incorrect Delivery Address:

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.

What is Fashnet Calcutta's Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work?

We, at Fashnet Calcutta, do thorough checkup of every product before dispatching. And so, we follow a strict NO-Return or Exchange Policy. However, if there is any defect seen in the product due to human error, you can contact us over our official e-mail id fashnetforyou@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 6290036953 within 24 hours from receiving the parcel. Make sure the product is unwashed, with all the tags and invoices intact. We will arrange a pick-up for you. All other details will be conveyed to you through the mode of contact. Once we receive the parcel from you, we will initiate a shipping for the exchanged product or refund (if exchanged product is not available with us) that will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days or as per your bank's policy.
