Shipping & Delivery

Once we receive your order, we will dispatch the parcel within 2-3 business days. We strive to deliver across all pincode in India. Our registered Delivery partner is 'Delhivery'. However, in some cases we use Indian Post to ship our parcels. Delivery Time: As we are based in Kolkata, West Bengal, parcels within Kolkata gets delivered within 2-3 business days and 4-5 business days within Rest of West Bengal. For other metro cities it will take 8-10 business days and 12-15 days maximum for other locations. Shipping Charge: We have a nominal shipping charge of ₹100.00 per order irrespective of the location. It will be notified at the checkout page. We have free shipping on order value above ₹3000.00. Please note, for customized orders or backorders, products will be shipped when they will be ready. Kindly check the product details for estimated shipping time.

Return Policy

Shipping fee is non-refundable in case of returns. To ensure smooth delivery, please provide your complete shipping address with pin code and contact details. Please do not accept damaged and tampered package. Incorrect Delivery Address: It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order. What is Fashnet Calcutta's Return and Exchange Policy? How does it work? We, at Fashnet Calcutta, do thorough checkup of every product before dispatching. And so, we follow a strict NO-Return or Exchange Policy. Still, if there is any defect seen in the product due to human error, you can contact us over our official e-mail id fashnetforyou@gmail.com or WhatsApp us on 6290036953 within 24 hours from receiving the parcel. Make sure the product is unwashed, with all the tags and invoices intact. We will arrange a pick-up for you. All other details will be conveyed to you through the mode of contact. Once we receive the parcel from you, we will initiate a refund that will be credited to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days or as per your bank's policy.

Once we ship your order, we will share the tracking details at your registered email id given at the time of placing your order. You can track the status of your shipment at the delivery partner's official website.
